Assist in providing 1st and 2nd level support for our staff
Maintenance & troubleshooting of Macs, PCs and Linux machines
Monitoring & maintenance of our network stack including firmware and software updates
Take part in the creation of an online platform using AWS infrastructure and Docker container technology
Work closely with our engineering team to build best in class products for our customers
Contribute with your own ideas about architecture and best practices

You have a BSc in Computer Science or you are enrolled as a student or graduate
You are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about IT and technology as a whole
You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
You know your way around Windows / Linux / Mac operating systems
You have first experience with AWS and / or Docker and would like to deepen your skills
You are fluent in English. German is a plus
