Our customers’ feelings and perceptions are our highest priority. We are now looking for a UX Designer to design software that meets and surpasses our customers’ needs and ensures their useful journey. For this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

Your Role

  • You will understand product specifications and user psychology, above that you will conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • You will create personas through user research and data
  • You will define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  • You will develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  • You will find creative ways to solve UX problems
  • You will communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Your Profile

  • BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Two years of practical experience in reactive support in Customer Support
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer backed up with a strong portfolio of design projects, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
  • Eagerness to bring new ideas to the table, so that we can continuously improve & evolve together as an organisation
