What We Offer:
You will be part of our Connected Media Division. This multi-national organization deals with network (visualization) products being commercialized through all our divisions. In this role you will be part of our team to strengthen our control room software in terms of UX on operator workflows.
You will be responsible to ensure that our products solve the right problem by:
- getting a solid understanding of our user needs through design and field research and matching these with our business goals
- sharing these insights with the rest of the team by creating e.g. personas and other UX tools
- translating these high level requirements into innovative concepts and further validation of our current workflow
- setting up and validating the interaction design over user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- translating these UX concepts in appealing interface designs that cover the entire user experience process using our design language
- design, implement and maintain business logic and GUI of OpSpace using latest web technologies
Since the result of your work is part of a bigger system, you need to align and integrate with work result of other teams of Connected Media Division.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant discipline
- Fluent in English
- Team player being part in multidisciplinary and international teams
- Empathic person able to read user needs through user research
- Design thinking, open-minded and innovative
- Ability to tailor your design process to the needs
- Aware of new trends and technologies
- Understanding of usability concepts
- programming skills especially to work on prototypes
- Advanced knowledge of HMTL5/Javascript, CSS and TypeScript
- Basic knowledge of AngularJS and MongoDB
- Preferably some experience with Jasmine, GIT and Test Driven Design
- Affinity to IP and data security
