Responsibilities:
- You build the tech stack from the ground up to enable us and our processes to scale quickly
- You develop our tech roadmap together with the Co-Founders
- You make informed buy vs. build decisions to build a seamless technology infrastructure and a basis for our operations (e.g. implementation of a CRM system, ERP system, etc.)
- You work with the non-tech team to shape business strategy
- You continuously improve the customer experience with new technological and software features
Your Profile:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar
- 2+ years track record in software engineering, preferably B2B and/or travel products
- Experience in working in strong cross functional software development teams
- Sense of responsibility for projects
- A deep understanding of the “business side” and good at translating business requirements into scalable software
- Structured, data-driven way of working and good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
