Talent Manager/Recruiter tasks:
- Direct search and sourcing of candidates via various channels
- CV screening of candidate leads and management of your own candidate pipeline
- Initial phone screening and daily interaction with prospects
- Coaching of top candidates with regards to their career profile and decisions
- Attending recruiting events
- Supporting in administrative tasks
The ideal candidate:
- Degree in Business, HR, Social Studies or Psychology
- Experience in direct search and recruiting
- Motivation to work in a result-driven startup environment with a lot of responsibility as well as ownership of your own projects/portfolio
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, additional fluent languages are a plus
