Are you looking for new challenges in the automotive infotainment industry? As a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will join our Web Browser Pro development team. You will ensure that our multimedia solutions meet our high-quality standards to preserve our reputation and help us in our continuous growth. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong organizing and technical skills, who works well within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Your create and maintain cross-compiling toolchains
- You maintain CC-related infrastructure (scripts, patchsets, repos)
- You produce and maintain CC-related documentation
- You assist in integration with CI systems
- You contribute to engineering efforts by taking over Web Browser Pro development tasks
Your Profile
- You have strong C/C++ skills and are experienced with embedded Linux development
- You have a solid understanding of Clang, GCC, GCC internals and GNU Binutils
- You have expertise with any of following: Yocto Project, OpenEmbedded, crosstool-NG, Scratchbox
- You have a proper understanding of cross-compiling concepts and ideally track record with CI and build automation
- You have gained first experience maintenance of a cross-compiler infrastructure for a big project
- You are self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
- You understand detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels
- You pay attention to the details, have a strong desire to learn and are highly interested in next-generation multimedia
- You have a very good knowledge in English
