We run shopping sites in 19 countries across three continents such as LadenZeile and ShopAlike, on which we offer fashion, furniture and a variety of other products to our users. We are currently looking for a “Senior Product Manager (m/f)” with personality, drive and a real passion for online services. We’re seeking a digital visionary who owns his projects from day one, managing all phases of product development, and shares the excitement for our mission to provide comparison shopping on a global scale. The aim is to take our product to the next level and to create a cutting edge product portfolio.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years of working experience as a product manager/product owner in the e-commerce field
- Solid technical background/understanding, ideally hands-on experience in software development/web technologies
- Proven experience in working with agile methodologies, ideally Scrum
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Good understanding of UX/UI design and A/B testing across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
- Excellent communicator, team oriented personality with the ability to drive, coordinate and lead projects
- Track record of working with different levels of stakeholders and achieving business goals across multiple departments
- Creative mindset with a passion for e-commerce and a keen instinct for the latest trends in your product area
- Analytical mindset, data-driven as well as a structured and organized working manner
Your responsibilities:
- Defining a vision and strategy (product road-map) for your product area as well as executing it with a team of world class developers and Scrum masters
- Owning products/projects, being responsible for prioritizing, managing, coordinating and delivering them using Scrum
- Working closely with all levels of stakeholders regarding product direction, strategy and upcoming projects
- Conducting customer interviews as well as A/B testing to gather actionable user feedback
- Monitoring competitors and e-commerce trends
