Your Job:

Providing guidance, direction and mentorship to Network, Team members and other IT groups across EMEA
Oversee the administration and maintenance of Corporate Network infrastructure at site
Break/fix hands on across EMEA working with site based IT where necessary
Interfacing with vendors/suppliers for product/service evaluation, problem resolutions, escalation
Communicating with management in regards to network/voice operations related issues
Forecasting network capital requirements across EMEA on a quarterly basis
Ensuring network standards are met and adhered to
Participating in Dallas hosted network review and strategy calls on a weekly basis

Qualification:

About 10 Years’ Experience, minimum current CCNP certification
Ability to understand, diagnose and quickly fix network infrastructure issues across EMEA
Project planning and execution of business critical network infrastructure implementations

Strong technical background in IT network/voice operations and business engagements in a highly complex enterprise setup
Excellent written & verbal customer communication, relationship and conflict management skills
Self-starter, requiring little day-to-day direction
Excellent prioritization and negotiation skills
High degree of judgment and initiative in resolving highly complex non-standard problems and developing recommendations and standards
Ability to support 24×7 on-call coverage and non-business working hours when required
Valid passport and ability to travel to EMEA locations, either for planned work or break/fix
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams, located globally
