In 2011 our company was acquired by the Axel Springer Group, Germany’s leading publishing house.We run shopping platforms named LadenZeile and ShopAlike worldwide, offering fashion, furniture and a variety of other products to our users. Our service is used by thousands of daily visitors and an ever-increasing number of partner shops.
We are looking for a “Scrum Master (m/f)” that lives and breathes agile development and is excited by the challenge of boosting our productivity. Process management and coaching competencies are characteristics that will make you a valuable agile servant of 2-4 Scrum teams.
Your profile:
- At least one year experience as a Scrum Master and in working with agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, assertiveness and a well-structured way of working
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record in establishing agile methodologies in tech teams
- Data driven personality and very good analytical skills
- Experience using agile tools and/or Scrum templates
- Scrum Master Certification from scrum.org is a plus
Your responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the Scrum teams in terms of processes and coaching
- Ensuring a good level of team productivity based on metrics such as velocity and feature releases
- Coaching of team members on good agile practices and helping them to improve further
- Working closely with the product owners to manage changes throughout the development process
- Being responsible for measuring and managing Scrum artifacts as well as for ensuring the effectiveness of Scrum ceremonies and other meetings
- Overseeing the resolution of actionable impediments and bottlenecks from retrospectives
