Within the Tech organization we are looking for a
Scrum Master (m/f)
to work on our next-generation advice platform solutions. You will be a part of our engineering team who is working on products arising in the areas of telephony, web services, TV, print media and data technologies.
Your duties:
- Executing Iteration plans within a long-term Release plan.
- Ensuring the team achieves the release goals and velocity within the scaled Agile framework.
- Responsible for identifying issues and unblocking the developers.
- Responsible for leading sprint planning sessions, User Story decomposition to tasks that fully achieve the Definition of Done.
- Applying industry tooling to ensure User Story completeness.
- Working closely with Product Owners to drive requirements collection and the creation of Release and Iterations plans.
Your profile:
- University Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Java server based environments. php would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in delivering successfully within a scaled Agile framework.
- Expertise in test automation and site acceptance test reporting.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and quality levels while working to tight deadlines and meeting the business requirements.
- Ability to work as a part of a self-organizing Scrum team in which you determine your tasks on a daily basis – that includes handling multiple tasks at the same time and working in a lively environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with architects, developers, test engineers, product managers, product owners and other team members.
- Scrum Master qualification is a plus.
- Good written and oral language skills in English.
