Your Tasks
Be the sole recruiter for our IT team & several international positions based both in our Berlin & Guangzhou Office
Work closely with the hiring managers to create job descriptions
Support in the active and passive search for new employees through various recruiting channels
Manage our incoming applications
Coordinate and lead initial interviews
Optimize recruiting processes while seeking to continuously improve the relevant KPIs
Your Profile
Degree in business with emphasis on human resources, psychology or a similar field
Previous experience through internship or full-time position
Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented even under high pressure
You crave accountability and thrive in a data-driven environment
Fluent in English
