Responsibilities
- Leading the QA team on one of our hit games
- Taking on responsibilities for mentoring and helping other QA team members
- Ensuring best practice across the QA team members
- Ensure the best possible gameplay experience for our millions of players all over the world
- Testing of the latest dev-versions with the help of test plans
- Analyse and summarise functioning and non-functioning aspects of the game
- Work within the games development team
- Support the development by finding causes and possible solutions to discovered bugs
- Work closely with community management to ensure the players perspective is heard
Required Skills
- Experience as a QA Manager/QA Lead
- Strong experience in manual testing
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Detail-oriented and well-structured work approach
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Additional knowledge in the field of programming and/or Atlassian JIRA is a plus
