Responsibilities
- You have overall responsibility for the successful planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and completion of innovation and improvement projects
- You will be responsible for planning projects in accordance with product management, including activity planning, resource planning and budget preparation, documentation
- You will support and manage projects to develop and improve a sustainable system
- You act as an interface between business owner/product management and IT and manage projects from start to finish
- You communicate the project status to management, product management and business customers you solve problems that arise during the project
- You support the increasing degree of automation and digitalization
Your Profile
- University degree and at least 5+ years professional experience
- Bring practical knowledge in the fields of project management and project controlling including ROI and business case calculation as well as IT application lifecycle management
- Have strong desire to develop and improve workflows with a clear implementation goal and high affinity to IT
- Strong attention to detail, ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts
- Team player, strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, to organize tasks and workforce
- Excellent communication skills both in English and in German
