For our growing marketing team we are looking for a motivated, strategic and forward thinking talent with a great passion for the internet and our mission.
Your Responsibilities
- You make use of qualitative and quantitative user, market and competitive insights, act as the voice of the users to shape product direction and ensure product-market fit for building growth opportunities into our product
- Quantify market potential and structure product launch plans with all teams
- Build go-to-market strategies and product positioning tactics for new launch features and products
- Translate technical launch and product information into customer obsessed value propositions and partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure our features are promoted accurately throughout all content and promotional channels
- Invent, write, refine and scale our messaging across marketing and training content in videos, podcasts, presentations and business cases to engage and educate our users and customers
- You review relevant KPIs and communicate with all stakeholders to constantly challenge the status quo
Your Profile
- You have ideally a master’s degree and a multi-disciplinary background—including business strategy, product marketing and analytical skills
- You bring at least 4 years of product marketing experience including experience working with product teams, business leaders, analysts and users
- You have a passion for digital products and you are interested in trends within the technical landscape
- You are excited about data processing and you know how to make use of it
- You easily understand our customer’s needs and how to translate it into business growth potential
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively with all stakeholders
- Your German language are fluent and you are confident in your use of English, both spoken and written
