Responsibilities:
- You will be understanding our customers needs and you will analyse our product strengths and weaknesses to build our product roadmap and strategy
- You are going to elaborate product changes. This includes explicit definitions of the change request and drafting a first prototype
- You will communicate with team members from all different areas (support, sales, engineering) as well as our customers directly to accompany whole product lifecycles
Your Profile:
- Proven track record of 3+ years experience as a product manager in enterprise SaaS field
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
- Experiences with Scrum and in working with a product analytics tool (like Pendo, Heap etc.) are beneficial
- Good understanding of software development and not afraid of complexity
- Strong business and system acumen, good understanding of project and application life cycles
- Strong self-initiative, excellent analytical skills and high affinity for UI/UX
- Fluent in English and in German

- Getting to know each other personally: visit us in our office and convince us by your personality and your know-how
- Feedback & homework: You will receive feedback on the interview and an invitation to a trial day, including a small task
- Trial day in our office: you work in a team for half a day, present the results of your work and get to know the team
- Signing of the contract: If your trial day is satisfactory for both parties, you will receive your contract of employment in due course
