Ensure the ASIC functionality which contributes to the Turn-On Rate of the final Advantest Product per specification block and partner with R&D to reach highest test coverage of all ASIC functions in ATE test
Develop linked test & test-data strategies from final hardware product to involved ASIC’s as well as debug and optimize test solutions
Assist the R&D Team to integrate Advantest V93000 Semiconductor Test systems and services into our ASIC supplier’s value chain
Analysis and judgement of given supplier specific test efforts (HW/SW) and evaluation of potentials for savings or necessary investments
Collaborate with the worldwide ASIC Sourcing team and serve as a technical test expert for this forum
Provide supplier trainings and technical workshops to embed new test methodologies
Collects and evaluates statistical test data within the ASIC supply chain to verify test concepts and connect data end to end with specific board test data tools to correlate results. Drives improvements based on results of such statistical analysis tools
Technical spectrum consists of digital (CMOS), analog and mixed signal/RF ASICs (GaAs)
Technical knowledge and experience in Semiconductor Supply Chains and ASIC manufacturing preferred

Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Demonstrated experience with C/C++ and Java programming language
Communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated track record of troubleshooting skills
Ability and motivation to work in teams and in a global environment
Ability to work with minimum supervision, but in close communication with the Engineering, Sourcing and R&D teams
Willingness to travel
Fluent English and German language skills
Relevant experience in semiconductor business
Demonstrated experience with Advantest V93000 tester platform including CMOS test development and debugging.
