What will you be doing?

Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Helping develop Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.

Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.

Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.

Organization of fiscal documents.

Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
What we expect you to have :

BA or master’s degree with 3-4 years experience in a similar role

Strong written skills & experience in a business environment

Public presentation skills are a must
-
Interested in B2C marketing and e-Commerce. Understanding of the fin-tech niche is an asset

Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

Excellent organizational skills, proactive, detail-minded
-
German native or near-native and fluent English, both verbal and written
