Your Responsibilities
- · Planning and maintenance of the infrastructure of the Quandoo portal and other products
- · Continual automation of our testing, building and deployment infrastructure
- · Analysis of product performance and Nagios based monitoring
- · Ensuring functional Java and PHP Server infrastructure running at multiple Amazon Datacenters
- · Implement platform automation with puppet
Your Qualifications
- · You have administration experience with one of the below web technologies: apache http server incl. PHP, tomcat web server, jboss app server, glassfish app server
- · Hands-on practical knowledge working with postgresql, mysql or oracle
- · Ideally, you have an extensive background in managing PHP and/or Java platforms
- · You have built platforms utilizing Amazon Web Services
- · You have implemented monitoring using either nagios, ganglia, or copperegg (or other comprehensive monitoring services)
- · You have a strong emphasis on clean code and structured system engineering
- · You build systems after business needs and balance between “get things done” and “100% solutions”
- · You navigate easily between product owner requirements, developer foobar, and system stability
