Your role and responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for the promotion of all products on our website
  • You are planning and managing campaigns for all onsite banners with a strong focus on performance optimization
  • You are in charge of landing page creation and management process and are the contact person for all parties involved
  • You are working independently yet in cooperation with all relevant departments (such as product, graphics, merchandising and content)
  • You regularly review and monitor relevant KPIs for all onsite campaigns (such as sales, CTR and CR)
  • You regularly run A/B testing to make informed optimization decisions and improve onsite KPIs
Your strengths and qualifications:
  • You already worked in the field of onsite management, ideally in e-commerce
  • You have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
  • You are experienced with Content Management Systems (preferably Magento), Adservers and Web Analytics Tools (preferably Google Analytics)
  • You already gained some experience working with A/B testing tools. Experience with personalization tools is a plus.
  • You have a strong analytical thinking as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Your are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
