About the Role

Responsibilities

•Manage the office (infrastructure, vendors, supplies etc.)

•Organize & manage company office moves

•Assist the Senior Management in day-to-day work

•Assist HR and Finance departments

 

Reports to

Chief Operating Officer

 

Location

Berlin-Mitte, Germany. Centrally located right at Hackescher Markt, with direct access to public transport. Our bright and spacious office has a parquet floor, a fireplace, a balcony and a large funky kitchen. Plus we provide free fruit, muesli, coffee, and water (and beer. On Fridays ;-p).

About You

 

Wanted!

An owner and champion of our office infrastructure. We need someone who’s able to keep everyone’s back free from any distraction. You maintain supplies and the office infrastructure, so that everyone else can work smoothly. You will be in charge for the next office move, including finding a new office, all necessary paperwork, all practical tasks, etc. In addition, you will help and assist our C-Level Management, HR and Finance departments in their daily work.

 

Experience & Skills

?Minimum 3-5 years experience in related positions

?Experience with company moves

?Experience in managing supplies & infrastructure of the office

?Experience as Personal Assistant of Senior Management

?Both excellent English and German are a must (company language is English, but most external communications will be in German).

 

Personality

?Reliable – you know how to manage projects, you’re organized and stick to your commitments and deadlines

?Persistent – you don’t rest before you have got the job done

?Smart – you find a solution even when there isn’t any obvious one

?Flexible – you’re able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

 

Education

?University degree preferred
