Your Tasks
Source new goods that adhere to trends, quality, and optimal price points for the Lesara customers
Observe the competition and trends in order to optimize the variety as well as the brands and prices
Organize deliveries and work closely with the operations team
Continual improvement of product strategy and sourcing plan through analysis of weekly sales statistics together with the management team
Build supplier network at home and abroad through communication per Email, telephone, and national as well as international exhibition visits
Your Profile
At least 1-3 years of buying work experience
Highly affinity for numbers and strong analytical and conceptual ability
Excellent grasp of target group related trends
Outstanding pre-established network and branch knowledge
Enjoys networking, bargaining and passion for buying
Leadership qualities and good communication
Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially excel
Proactive operation, enthusiasm, and the will to create something of your own
Business fluency in German and English
