We are an independent and owner-managed communication and media agency, developing more and more to a technology-driven AdTech company to disrupt the traditional agency market. As a strong performance oriented and really fast growing company we work with an awesome team of 35 young and highly skilled professionals. For digital commerce clients we realize integrated cross media campaigns across the main channels TV, online, and mobile.
A strong data-driven and technology approach is our primary philosophy to achieve fantastic campaign results. With our marketing technology we will bring campaign results to a completely new level, based on Big Data.
Your tasks
- Maintenance and further development of our existing tracking and analysis technology for TV campaigns and additional marketing campaigns
- Supporting our clients to integrate our tracking solution on their websites
- Scaling our tracking platform as well as the whole technological infrastructure
- Supporting our internal staff by importing and/or exporting data from/to our existing tracking and analysis technology
- Collaboration in the development of an innovative data management platform with intelligent algorithms to increase the efficiency of marketing campaigns to a completely new level
- Design creative technical solutions to catapult the results of cross media marketing campaigns to a new dimension, based on ‘big data’
- Use ‘big data’ to create seemingly simplistic moments of ‘magic’ to our customers
- Develop scalable, robust technology that will be highly adaptable to the individual needs (KPIs) of our customers
Your profile
Generally love data! We are looking for a fresh and passionate person with analytical skills who is not afraid to think outside the box and challenge assumptions.
- Academic studies in computer science or a comparable field
- Good knowledge in PHP/MySQL, Symphony and other web technologies and languages
- Basic Knowledge in User Support and Linux Commands
- Skills & experience in Javascript & HTML
- Nice to have: Ajax skills
- Knowledge in web analytic technologies and handling of huge sets of data
- Basic knowledge in server administration and experience with Amazon Web Services
- A deep understanding of core concepts like OOP/MVC, design patterns, algorithms and how to run scalable systems
- Fluency in English, German is not a mustWhat do we offer?
