You create real business value by enhancing our insurance process automation platform in an interdisciplinary team using APIs, Machine Learning and OCR
You discuss process solutions with our operations team
You are proactive and pay attention to the scalability, performance and availability of our systems
You take responsibility to ensure successful results
You set up deployment infrastructures, server environments and testing infrastructure and you maintain and improve them
You work in Scrum sprints along with developers, scrum masters and product owners
You stay on top of current industry trends

You have a BSc/MSc with focus on information systems, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
You have experience with either Ruby/Ruby on Rails or some other backend-technology
You have deep knowledge in backend infrastructure
You already worked on small projects in your field
You are self dependent and own your project
You are proactive within the team
You can work effectively and efficiently under pressure
You are self-confident and great at communicating
You are proficient in English
You have the startup mindset
