Your Tasks:

  • Your main task is to conduct IT and software trainings
  • You are responsible für the development and execution of training measures for internal employees, especially from the sales and service areas
  • You train our Comprehensive familiarization with the ever-changing landscape of hardware and software products
  • You support as a Subject Matter Expert (m/w/d)):
    • When selecting methods and frameworks for the creation of didactic concepts for the execution of IT and software trainings
    • During the development of all training material that will be used in the execution of IT and software trainings

Your Profile:

  • University degree in business information systems or computer science, comparable formal education or several years of professional experience in the field of training for IT infrastructure and/or software applications
  • Professional experience as a trainer and/or experience in the sales field are of advantage
  • Well-founded knowledge of networks (Microsoft Server, SQL, SharePoint, Linux etc.); official Microsoft certification is of advantage
  • Business fluent English skills (at least level B2); French and/or Dutch are of advantage
  • Great communication skills and self-confident demeanor
  • Skills for self-teaching and an affinity for learning
  • Willingness to travel within Europe, and worldwide in special cases
