Support international Marketing colleagues with the creation and realization of E-Mail Marketing campaigns within the customer lifecycle
Support the HTML programming of Newsletter templates and ensure the correct targeting process of campaigns
Define new strategies and concepts to meet customer acquisition, customer retention and customer win-back goals.
Assist with the co-ordination and production of various CRM projects (e.g. competitor analysis, video tutorials)
Implement A/B tests and adjust campaigns and flows according to your analysis
Monitoring, evaluation, analysis and optimization of all E-Mail Marketing campaigns against relevant KPIs

Currently enrolled as a student for business sciences with focus on Marketing or similar
First work experience, preferably in online marketing/customer relationship management and campaign management
HTML encoding skills are a big plus
Excellent MS Office skills
Analytical mindset, structured approach to problem solving, independent way of working
Strong communication skills
Good project management, planning and organization skills
Very good written and spoken English skills required, second language like German, French or Swedish is a plus
