Inside Sales tasks:
- Build and manage your own portfolio of B2B leads
- Acquire new business clients on the phone and via email
- Generate and validate accounts for our Senior Management team
- Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities
- Create sales materials and presentations for the entire team
- Report directly to the Senior Management
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in Tele-sales or Sales, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong track record of professional success in a KPI-driven environment
- Affinity for HR/Recruiting is preferred
- Extremely driven and high-energy, with a positive attitude and a ‘hands-on’ mentality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Native German; English proficiency preferred; any other language is beneficial
