Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:

 

Complete ownership of assigned businesses Stakeholder management, Candidate management

 

Accountable to maintain real-time traders for candidates in process, vendor trackers and hiring traders for various divisions (non-IT)

 

Scheduling interviews staff, telephonic and VC interviews

 

Co-ordination and follow-ups with candidates in Process
