Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and directly with our founders to build the sales department of a fast growing startup
  • You will build the sales model
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing on the lead generation side and Onboarding / Customer Success as the main interfaces to our customer base
  • Responsible to qualify leads and manage the entire sales funnel
  • Build and manage the sales team
  • Develop new sales channels in the online and offline domains and are responsible to conduct experiments to prove their validity
  • You select, manage, and optimize the suite of tools, scripts, and processes used in the various sales channels

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a top university or business school with excellent results, majoring in Business Administration or a similar degree
  • Previous work experience in highly analytical environments, e.g. in a top- tier consulting firm
  • Relevant work experience in sales, ideally in a Startup, preferably in a leading position
  • Familiar with analytical and experimentally driven sales channel development
  • Solid understanding of the tools and processes required to build a successful sales funnel
  • You love speaking to your customers, are excellent at it, and are managing your team effectively and efficiently while building a great culture
  • You are fluent in German and English
