Responsibilities:
- Work closely and directly with our founders to build the sales department of a fast growing startup
- You will build the sales model
- Coordinate closely with Marketing on the lead generation side and Onboarding / Customer Success as the main interfaces to our customer base
- Responsible to qualify leads and manage the entire sales funnel
- Build and manage the sales team
- Develop new sales channels in the online and offline domains and are responsible to conduct experiments to prove their validity
- You select, manage, and optimize the suite of tools, scripts, and processes used in the various sales channels
Requirements:
- Graduated from a top university or business school with excellent results, majoring in Business Administration or a similar degree
- Previous work experience in highly analytical environments, e.g. in a top- tier consulting firm
- Relevant work experience in sales, ideally in a Startup, preferably in a leading position
- Familiar with analytical and experimentally driven sales channel development
- Solid understanding of the tools and processes required to build a successful sales funnel
- You love speaking to your customers, are excellent at it, and are managing your team effectively and efficiently while building a great culture
- You are fluent in German and English
