AMORELIE is a Berlin-based Lifestyle Online-Shop for a versatile and enriched love life of couples and singles. It was founded in early 2013 and since then grew into one of the most recognizable new brands in this vertical and the market leader in our target group, also because of our strong partnership with the ProSiebenSat.1 Group Currently AMORELIE is present in the German-speaking countries as well as in France and has more than 75 employees at the moment. Due to our rapid growth we are continuously looking for outstanding talent for our ambitious and successful team. Currently we are looking for a skilled Head of Online Marketing (f/m) to support our team.
Your passion? Definitely Online Marketing and all its channels! This is the position for you if you´re looking for the next step in your career as you´ll be responsible for the overall Performance Marketing at AMORELIE, which also includes managing our TV commercials. You´ll guide an incredible team of experts and you´re responsible for a proper budget to make AMORELIE even more successful and to celebrate the growth with us. You´re absolutely capable of running the marketing lifecycle: Planning, budgeting, operating, metrics and reports.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You´re both strategically and operationally responsible for the following marketing channels: SEA,SEO, CRM, Social, Display, Affiliate and TV
- You are leading a team of experts with extensive experience in their field
- You will be in charge of managing and controlling the marketing campaigns across online channels and TV
- You´re optimizing the CLV and developing the marketing and brand strategy in line with our CMOand the strategic brand vision
- You´ll define target markets and customers
- You will work closely with the management and stakeholders to create integrated marketing campaigns
- You´re building relationships with external marketing agencies, affiliate networks and other potential partners
- You are in charge of a marketing budget to drive sales with demonstrated ROI
- You are truly a hands-on person: You not only talk the talk – you´re implementing and building upwhat you´re preaching
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related business administrative environment or similar; preferred is a focus in marketing
- You have a min. of 3 years professional experience in a fast-paced online environment
- You´ve already managed extensive growth in the ecommerce space and you know how to deal with a min. 7-digit budget
- You´ve learned (online) marketing from scratch; therefore you bring extensive knowledge in SEO, SEA and CRM with you
- You are both strategic and hands-on; the hands-on part should be more distinctive for this position
- You are a manager: You are managing your team in a proactive and respectful way and you´re also responsible for shaping our company culture
- You have an exceptional track record developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Furthermore you have had exposure to top level management/ shareholders
- You´re speaking English on a native-fluent level; German is a plus but not a must
