Responsibilities:
- Work closely and directly with founders to build the Marketing department of a fast growing startup
- Develop the Marketing strategy.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales department to ensure that lead quality and quantity are in line with company expectations
- Responsible to generate leads through online and offline channels, in particular Facebook, Google, and other Paid Channels
- Responsible for the creative side of Marketing
- Building and managing the Marketing team, i.e. graphic designers and content creators
- Use performance analytics to understand every step of the conversion funnel and to independently optimize its various steps
- Conduct experiments in new lead acquisition channels, both online and offline
- Select, manage, and optimize the suite of tools, metrics, and processes used in the various Marketing channels
Requirements:
- Graduated from a top university with excellent results
- Previous work experience in both highly analytical and creative environments
- Relevant work experience in leading a Marketing department in a Startup
- Excellent at both the analytical, performance side of Marketing as well as the creative side
- Solid understanding of the tools and processes required to build a successful conversion funnel
- You are a great project and team manager, leading people with very different backgrounds and tasks
- You love experiments to find out new approaches to Marketing and to Identify new lead generation channels
- You are fluent in German and English
