Currently, we are recruiting for the position of the Human Resources leader. This is a great oppor-tunity for you, if you’ve gained already several years of experience in the recruitment/ headhunting environment and you are an HR allrounder. Now you´re ready for the next step and you want to take over leadership responsibility? This is your chance!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You´re responsible to lead the end-to-end recruitment process to fill our positions with the best people
- You know how to build up an excellent team as you have a skill set of techniques and methodologies to assess people: You’ll train our managers and recruiters in terms of best interviews
- You´re building up our employer and employee brand
- You develop the individual, the team and the organization: You´re developing an overall plan which fits to the company goals
- Furthermore you oversee all HR administration work; you´re the first contact person when it comes to contracts, payroll or other administrative stuff
- You are an internal consultant: Whenever support is needed, you´re consulting our management and employees regarding all HR-related questions
- You’ll shape our culture and manage our internal growth
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :
- You have an university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in an HR-related subject
- You’ve accompanied already a similar position in the past or it´s the very logical next step for you becoming Head of HR as your time is now!
- You are familiar with the German Labour Law – and you know, when you need a third party to consult
- You love startups, a growing environment and you have a cool demeanour when it gets too hectic
- You have a broad skill set of recruitment and HR methodologies: Beside the theoretical knowledge you have a lot of professional experience and you know, what to use when
- You have very clear values, so you are also a good mediator if needed
- You are in love with HR and startups
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) is no problem for you; furthermore you know several recruitment and HR software (like greenhouse, jobvite, Bamboo HR, SAP etc.)
- You speak English very well and have minimum good German language skills
