Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the founders to build the finance department of a fast growing startup
- You select tools, build processes, and establish procedures to supply the founders with all relevant financial information
- You ensure that the company is compliant with all local German laws and regulations concerning finance and accounting
- You manage the external and internal financial reporting
- You prepare and share investor reporting on a monthly basis
- You support the founders in strategic planning and budgeting
- You coordinate monthly payroll
- You actively drive the set-up of our first international subsidiary in Tel Aviv, Israel
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in running a finance department
- Previous work experience ideally in the startup or consulting environment
- Familiar with external- and internal reporting
- You have graduated from a top university or business school with excellent results, majoring in Business Administration or a similar degree
- You are intrigued by words like “Finance”, “Controlling” and “Accounting”
- You are fluent in German and English
