In your new job, you will drive the design of the future test-cells by designing and characterizing electrical elements/interfaces by your own, by defining solutions in cooperation with our hardware/mechanical design team, in cooperation with external partners like prober/handler companies and probe card/DUT board design houses.
You will develop expertise of the technical and economical drivers of our customers in the high volume manufacturing environment and become the expert for customers and external partners to develop, discuss and assess new test cell solutions to address technical and cost of test needs.
You will be able to transfer customer-related insights back into the organization for improvement of our product.
This job will include frequent customer and partner visits and attendance of industry workshops.

Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Professional electrical design experience, 5-8 years experience in HW R&D
Deep Understanding of high speed design, transmission line theory and power distribution network design
ECAD and PCB design Expert
Strong interest in mechanical design
Experience with system level integration covering mechanical and electrical aspects
Capability to lead smaller customer-specific projects
Strong verbal and written communications skills along with a demonstrated teamwork attitude
Strong customer focus and keen to develop long-term relationships with partners at customers and 3rd parties
