Our client, an exciting Inbound Marketing company with more than 1000 employees around the globe, is looking for a world-class marketer to join their brand new offices in Berlin. The selected candidate will initiate his/her contract in Dublin and then move to Berlin.
Your key priority will be optimisation work on their funnel to ensure all conversion flows are producing high-quality leads for the sales team. SEO skills and Google Analytics knowledge are key to improving organic search on our top performing offers and blog posts.
Requirements:
- Experience in running content campaigns like ebooks, webinars and more to grow the top of the funnel.
- Expertise in email and lead nurturing. Do you have examples of moving people successfully through the marketing funnel? Converting them from leads into marketing qualified leads?
- Experience in qualifying leads for the next step of the funnel and optimising email nurturing tracks.
- An analytical mind. Experience in optimising landing pages, testing emails and setting up a SEO framework for your site or content
- Proven track record of bringing new ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, growth marketing and email nurturing, as well as conversion rate optimisation work
- Samples and results from past growth marketing projects
- Strong content creation skills (German is required)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Excel, Email tools, A/B testing software, Photoshop, HTML and CSS
