We capture offline behavior with our mobile SDK. Across EU Marketeers,Product Managers and Business Intelligence Specialists are buying ourmicrotargeting solution to augment their tech stack. Large retailers, mobilitycompanies and governmental agencies are among our clients.
The passionate multinational team is now looking for a deeply driven Headof Consulting. Your advice will be demanded both by our clients and ourinternal team. This is a unique opportunity to develop our young consultingpractice to complement the core technology. You report directly to the CEO,team up strongly with the CTO and the technical architect, and work closelywith your direct report (Manager Finance & Operations).
Your Responsibilities
- Consultancy and support of computer systems
- Generate technologically sound solutions that meet the customer’s expectations (from C-Level, Technical Decision Maker to Business Users)
- Support clients in adopting micro-targeting into their daily routines
- Interface tightly with all team members
- Produce winning business, financial, technological and strategic proposals for external and internal projects
- Manage internal business and business operations together with your team member
- Constantly monitor market trends, emerging user expectations and best practices
- Show strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Lead and work as a remote team, and enjoy the challenges and opportunities that go along with it
- Sve regular Nerf-gun battles in the office
Job Requirements (Not all of it)
- Technical understanding of mobile app development (languages, frameworks, tools, PaaS)
- 2-4 years of proven success in technology consulting
- Superb analytical skills paired with highest business acumen
- Building stellar presentations and financial projections (Ninja-level at PowerPoint / keynote, Excel / numbers)
- Ability to work with code and data (eg, a database, read and understand code on high-level)
- Deep economic understanding (P & L, digitalization, macroeconomics)
- Understanding or experience of mobile, marketing, machine learning and data science
- Effectively communicate and navigate between competing priorities
- Effortlessly walk up and down the ladder (between “command bridge” and “engine room”)
- Absolutely fluent in English and German
- Motivation to be flexible in an agile start-up – things change fast!
