Vollzeit Frontend Developer

For HeyJobs - the leading job app for hourly jobs in Germany – we are searching for an extremely skilled Frontend Developer to build out our presence on the web. Based in Berlin, we have attracted 4 Million € in funding from some of the best investors across Europe. In just 15 months we are already serving 6 million members in 25 languages across 229 countries and we can do it again! We will disrupt the job market and bring it onto smartphones and computers with a true 21st century product. As a Frontend developer, you are responsible to shape what our product looks and behaves like. You are building modern web interfaces and work with cutting edge technology. As a part of our international, experienced and highly motivated team you can share ideas and discuss different approaches. This position enables an independent way of working, as well as to use your conceptual and creative skills.

• You are an excellent Frontend Developer with outstanding skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• You gained at least 3 years of experience in the implementation of professional web and mobile projects – ideally shown in your github or similar profile
• You are a quality-minded person with a strong sense for design and aesthetic
• You are experienced with modern templating engines (e.g. HAML or SLIM), CSS preprocessors (e.g. SASS or LESS) as well as Bootstrap
• You have extended skills in JavaScript frameworks like Backbone.js, Angular.js, React.js and jQuery
• Ideally, you have experience in JavaScript unit testing & TDD
• You are fluent in English
