For our Marketing Team – located in Hamburg – we are searching for a
Digital Manager (m/f)
Business Unit DACH & Nordics
Main responsibilities of role:
- Responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts for all Brands & BU countries in partnership with various internal and external cross functional business partners
- Accountable for social media content creation and digital production
- Collaboration in global development, local amplification and evaluation of digital content, social media strategies and initiatives within the framework of marketing objectives
- Development, briefing formulation and implementation of integrated recruiting concepts (creating digital relevant content)
- Maintenance and monitoring of social media accounts and brand websites (Facebook, blogs, bacardi-deutschland.de, bacardi-batshop.de, etc.) together with the agencies. Calculation of ROI
- Tracking media-related trends and deriving concepts for the particular brand communication
- Collaboration in qualitative and quantitative market research projects
- Implementation & support of digital activities with progressive & holistic online media campaigns
- Providing support for brand planning and P & L management in Germany (volumes, A & P)
- Cross-brand contact person for all digital concerns
Ideal Candidate profile:
- University education with a focus on marketing, media communications, sales management, PR, or equivalent education and training
- Knowledge of marketing and/or trade marketing as well as PR in the consumer goods industry
- Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape
- Experience in creation and control of content management for online brand campaigns
- Close affinity to the target group of “young adults”, trend-aware, networker
- Close affinity to and enthusiasm for the digital world (Social media, blogs etc.)
- Enthusiastic, self-organised and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative, cooperative und team-oriented
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Talent for writing, representative and confident demeanour
- Communication skills, assertiveness
- Creative and assured when making presentations
- Prepared to take responsibility
- Business-fluent spoken and written German and English
- Willingness to travel
