DEV OPS ENGINEER (m/f)

As a startup in an industry that is currently struggling to modernise and with services that experience increasing demand, we aim to grow our team with the sharpest talent we can find. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Dev Ops Engineer (m/f) within our Information Technology team to start right away.

Your Responsibilities :

• Designing, building and operating our cloud based server infrastructure together with the team
• Designing, building and operating our monitoring and logging systems together with the team
• Supporting staging environments and continuous integration
• Identifying and removing bottlenecks in systems, software, tools, and processes

 Our Tech Stack:

• Technologies: Ruby, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, Ember, ReactJS, ReactNative, Docker
• Tools: AWS, GitLab, Jenkins, Capybara, Selenium
• Principles: agile company, lean, service oriented architecture, self organisation, number driven, transparency, cross-functional teams

Your Profile :

• You have 3+ years of experience in running a secure and scalable production system
• You have 2+ years experience in working in a startup environment on site as a team member
• You like to “stand on the shoulders of giants” and use modern technologies such as the AWS ecosystem and Docker
• You have a strong understanding of concepts such as automated provisioning, containerization, micro services, message queues, continuous integration, automated integration tests, and efficient development environments
• You have experience with an advanced Rails stack
• You like to actively participate in an agile setup to develop software in a team and you value discussions, knowledge sharing and pair programming
