Our client is a fast growing startup from Holland in the sharing economy, and is currently scaling in Germany. Manage the team preparing the market entry in Berlin!

Responsibilities:

• Build the German team (5-6 FTEs)
• Devise growth strategy
• Manage all operations & large budget
• Execute market proposition
• Support technical migration of data
• Define & measure KPIs
• Frequent travel to Holland

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in business development and growth
• Native German + Fluent English
• Knows local German context (sharing economy)
• Previous B2C experience
• Venture developer preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment
• Entrepreneurial & growth minded
• Proactive, data driven & agile
• Thrilled to become apart of the P2P community
