Our client is revolutionizing direct marketing and is looking for a hands-on, sales powerhouse to join the cofounders.
Responsibilities:
-Work directly with founders to build the sales department of a fast growing startup
-Design the sales model & manage the entire sales funnel
-Recruit & develop a team & sustainable strategy
-Build sales processes & structures
-Develop a cross-channel strategy for our target group (B2B companies in DACH region)
-Qualify all inbound & outbound leads
Requirements:
-Native German + Fluent English
-Relevant studies & minimum 3 years professional experience
-Familiar with analytical & experimentally driven sales channel development
-Solid understanding of the tools & processes required to build a successful sales funnel
-Relevant work experience in sales, ideally in a startup with leadership responsibilities
-Experience with email campaigns
-Hands-on & hunter mentality
