Your Tasks
- You make sure that the paperwork of the received samples for genetic and biochemical analyzes is complete
- You initiate clarification procedures in case of missing or contradictory information (e.g. by contacting clients)
- You are responsible for maintaining and tracking orders and data records within our Laboratory Information Management System
- You take part in maintaining and structuring our database and statistics
Your Profile
- You have a completed education as an Office Clerk, Clinical Data Manager, Medical Assistant or equivalent training
- Work experience in data processing and customer service is an advantage
- You are working in a structured, analytical, accurate and organized way
- Good MS-Office skills (especially Excel) is a must
- Good English skills (B2), oral and written, additional languages such as German, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese are desirable
- High sense of responsibility for dealing with patient data and samples
