Client Executive tasks:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and build-up long-term client relationships
- Advise and support clients over the phone and/or in-person on their recruiting needs to help them succeed
- Ensure the most efficient use of our platform for our clients
- Develop strategic partnerships and cooperations
- Represent Taledo accordingly at events and conferences
- Report directly to the Senior Management
The ideal candidate:
- Strong track record of academic and professional success: Bachelor’s degree desired
- Experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally in HR/Recruiting or related fields
- Extremely driven, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a ‘hands-on’ mentality
- A great mix of initiative, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and the ability to influence others
- Native German; English proficiency preferred; any other language is beneficial
