As Backend Developer you will bring our developments to life. You are bursting with ideas and in the optimization of websites you are involved with full passion. You accompany projects from start to completion and feel enthusiastic about sharing your experiences and your knowledge with our international colleagues? You’re an expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and Express is familiar to you, then you’re spot on with us!

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have more than extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTTP/ Rest; node.js, Express
  • Furthermore, you’re already skilled in SQL, preferably PostgreSQL
  • Experience in GIT and Shell as well as with Unix-like operating systems
  • Excited about new challenges and problem-solving approaches and irrepressible thirst for knowledge
  • You enjoy working with international customers and an international team
  • Ability to work highly organized and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with GraphQL, Mocha and Docker would be the icing on the cake

YOUR TASKS

  • Implement the database schema of the required entities
  • Write the SQL queries needed to maintain the data in the database, including database functions when needed.
  • Write the code for all necessary endpoints
  • Write integration, and when needed, unit tests for all endpoints
