As Application Engineer you are working with our customers in Europe to identify, implement and deliver V93000 based test solutions to address their specific test requirements.
Job Description
- Integration of V93000 Semiconductor Test systems and services into customer’s environment
- Ensure the product functions per specifications
- Development, debug and optimization of V93000 based test solutions with focus on automotive/power applications
- Development of required test HW such as load boards and probe cards
- Manage the transfer from design into high volume manufacturing of their semiconductor products
- Create device test measurement reports for presentation and acceptance with customers
- Create project plans for complex projects and track project completion
- Delivery of customer trainings and technical workshops
- Consult customer test engineers during development and debug of V93000 based test solutions for automotive/power devices
- Propose alternative test concepts to use the advantages of the V93000 Semiconductor Test system.
- Ramp and mentor junior application engineers with specific focus on automotive / power applications
- Collect, evaluate and provide customer requirements for consideration in product improvements and new product developments
Your profile
- University Degree in Electronic Engineering
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in semiconductor test business
- Proven experience in development, debug and correlation of automotive/power applications
- Proven experience with C/C++ programming language
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to lead complex projects / project management skills
- Ability and motivation to work in project teams in a global environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to work under pressure
- Ability to mentor others
- Driver license and willing to travel
- Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred) language skills
