Your Responsibilities
- You communicate with our customers to understand issues reported to us if unclear
- You find & document the exact steps to reproduce bugs for our developers
- You define clear acceptance criteria for issues you or others reported
- You check that a bug was correctly fixed by developers by trying to reproduce it
- You check that new features work properly under different circumstances
- You do all these tasks for both our Web & Mobile app products
Your Profile
- You don’t shy away from direct customer contact, be it written, personal or on phone
- You feel comfortable in an environment of high complexity
- You feel certain in both verbal and written communication in German and in English
- Your English is sufficient enough to describe problems in a comprehensive and precise way
- You have a talent for identifying problems exactly by systematically excluding potential causes
- You are interested in the latest of technology in general and like to test out new gadgets or tools

- Short telephone interview: Get a first personal impression of us in a short telephone interview
- Getting to know each other personally: Visit us in our office and convince us with your personality and your know-how
- Feedback & homework: You will receive feedback on the interview and an invitation to a trial day, including a small task
- Trial day in our office: You work in a team for half a day, present the results of your work and get to know the team
- Execution of the contract: If your trial day is satisfactory for both parties, you will receive your contract of employment
