The right candidate will have at least 2 years experiences in a prior finance role.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and in particular:
- Timely processing of vendor invoices
- Accurate bookkeeping of vendor invoices
- Preparation and recording of payments
- Scanning and registration of invoices of vendors in reporting system
- Recording and payment processing for expense reports
- Performing accurate intercompany recharges within the group
- Following up on payment of inter group balances
- Bank Reconciliations
- Main point of finanacial controllershio contract for our Berlin based team
- Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Preparation of periodic VAT returns
- Assist with audit requests
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- A Bachelor degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years experience
- Experience with Netsuite and Coupa will be considered a plus
- Background in an international environment
- Strong communicator, proactive, and team player with a keen attention to detail;
- Excellent knowledge of English/ Native speaker.
