White House celebrates passage of infrastructure bill

The stopgap funding bill passed in Congress to avert a shutdown is on its way to the White House, an official said. Sen. Biden was involved in the final negotiations, issuing a statement Friday night urging all House Democrats to back final passage of the infrastructure bill.
